This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through RB Glow (https://rbglow.com/). We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and the integrity of the viral Korean skincare products we sell.
1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: The product was received in a physically damaged or broken condition.
- Expired Product: The product delivered has passed its expiry date.
- Incorrect Product: The product delivered is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong item, wrong shade, or wrong size).
- Missing Product: An item listed on the invoice is missing from the package.
2. Conditions for Return
For a return to be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Timely Notification: You must notify our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Unopened and Unused: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging with all tags and protective plastic intact. Once a product seal is broken, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of Purchase: The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- Product Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details: In your communication, provide your Order ID, the reason for the return, and clear photographic evidence (of the damage, expiry, or incorrect item).
- Return Authorization: Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team. We will arrange a pickup by our delivery partner, or advise you on the best method to send the product back.
- Package the Item: Securely package the product to prevent further damage during transit.
4. Inspections and Processing
- All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.
- If the product is returned in a condition that violates Section 2 (e.g., seal broken, used product), the return request will be denied, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refund Process
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund:
- Timeline: The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, MFS wallet).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: For orders paid via COD, the refund will be processed via an MFS wallet (bKash/Nagad) or bank transfer, as agreed upon with the customer.
Exchange Process
If you requested an exchange for a correct item, we will dispatch the correct product within 2-3 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Products where the seal or original packaging has been opened, removed, or tampered with.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect by the customer.
